Kathleen Smith-Delach
Biography
Kathleen Smith-Delach specializes in personal injury, workers compensation, and wills and estates. Kathleen was raised in Washington, Pennsylvania. She graduated with her BS from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, then attended law school at the University of Pittsburgh. She received her Juris Doctor cum laude, and during law school she was a member of the Law Review.
Kathleen worked at Phillips, Phillips & Smith-Delach (formerly Phillips & Faldowski) for her entire legal career until the firm’s closing in 2024, working alongside William D. “Denny” Phillips, Damon Faldowski, and Laura Phillips for many years. Kathleen resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, Bob. She has four grown daughters, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Cait, and Sara.
